Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. About Lift Run Thrive
These Terms & Conditions apply to coaching services provided by Callum Gilbert, trading as Lift Run Thrive.
- Business name: Lift Run Thrive
- Business owner: Callum Gilbert
- Website: liftrunthrive.co.uk
- Email: Liftrunthrive@outlook.com
By purchasing a coaching package, you enter into an agreement with Lift Run Thrive, subject to these terms and your statutory consumer rights.
2. Our Coaching Services
Lift Run Thrive provides three main coaching services:
Personal Training: Individual, in-person coaching at PureGym Neath.
Online Coaching: Personalised training and nutrition support delivered remotely.
Hybrid Coaching: A combination of in-person Personal Training and Online Coaching.
All services are designed around the individual’s goals, experience and circumstances.
Coaching is available to clients aged 18 and over.
3. Applications and Onboarding
Before coaching begins, prospective clients must complete an onboarding questionnaire, including a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).
Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their health, injuries, medication, training experience and other relevant circumstances.
Clients are responsible for informing Lift Run Thrive of any relevant changes during coaching.
Completing an application or onboarding form does not guarantee acceptance into coaching.
Lift Run Thrive may decline an application where the requested coaching is unsuitable or cannot reasonably be provided.
Payment is arranged once the onboarding process has been completed and both parties have agreed to proceed.
Payments are made by bank transfer or cash.
Prices displayed on our website may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect a coaching package that has already been purchased.
Where a client regularly purchases monthly Personal Training or Hybrid Coaching packages, we will provide at least one month’s notice of any price increase.
Clients are under no obligation to purchase another package at the new price.
4. Personal Training Packages
Personal Training is provided through the following monthly packages:
- 4 sessions: £125.00
- 8 sessions: £225.00
- 12 sessions: £300.00
Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Sessions take place at PureGym Neath, and clients must have a valid PureGym membership or suitable day pass.
Personal Training sessions are arranged at mutually agreed times and are subject to availability.
Packages are paid monthly in advance.
There is no automatic renewal or minimum commitment beyond the package purchased. Clients may choose not to renew without giving notice.
All Personal Training packages are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
If a client voluntarily stops Personal Training part-way through a paid month, no discretionary refund will be provided for unused sessions. Outstanding sessions may be rearranged in accordance with Section 6.
This does not affect the client’s statutory consumer rights.
5. Personal Training Cancellations
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rearranging a scheduled Personal Training session.
A two-strike policy normally applies to avoidable late cancellations and missed appointments:
- First occurrence: A warning, without deducting the session
- Second occurrence: A further warning, without deducting the session
- Third occurrence: The missed session may be deducted from the client’s package
Genuine emergencies, illness and exceptional circumstances will be considered individually.
If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
This policy is intended to protect appointment availability and reflect the time reserved for each client.
It will be applied reasonably and fairly, taking account of the circumstances of the cancellation.
6. Personal Training Session Rollovers
Clients are encouraged to complete their allocated sessions within their usual monthly coaching period.
Unused sessions may be carried forward and rearranged where necessary, including for holidays, illness, emergencies or scheduling difficulties.
Carried-forward sessions will be arranged at mutually suitable times, subject to availability.
Clients are encouraged to use outstanding sessions as soon as reasonably possible to maintain consistency with their training.
Where Lift Run Thrive is unable to provide a booked session, clients will not lose that session because of the coach’s unavailability.
Clients should communicate planned absences as early as reasonably possible.
7. Online Coaching Packages
Online Coaching is available through fixed-duration packages:
- 4 weeks: £125.00
- 8 weeks: £225.00
- 12 weeks: £300.00
Full payment is required in advance.
Depending on individual requirements, Online Coaching may include personalised training programmes, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, weekly check-ins, programme adjustments and WhatsApp support.
Clients are expected to participate in the coaching process and provide the information reasonably needed to monitor progress.
8. Online Coaching Early Withdrawal
Online Coaching packages are purchased for an agreed fixed duration and paid for in full before coaching begins.
All Online Coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
If a client voluntarily chooses to discontinue coaching before the end of their purchased package, no discretionary refund will be provided for any remaining coaching weeks.
This does not affect the client’s statutory consumer rights.
9. Online Coaching Holiday Pauses
Clients may request to pause Online Coaching during planned holidays.
Where agreed, the remaining coaching period will resume when the client returns, with the end date adjusted accordingly.
Clients are asked to provide reasonable advance notice of planned holidays.
Pauses for other circumstances may be considered individually but are not automatically guaranteed.
10. Hybrid Coaching
Hybrid Coaching costs £200.00 per month, paid in advance.
It includes:
- Four 60-minute Personal Training sessions per month
- Personalised training programming
- Online Coaching support
- Nutrition guidance
- Weekly check-ins and progress tracking
- Ongoing coaching feedback and adjustments
Hybrid Coaching operates on a flexible monthly basis.
Clients are free not to renew at the end of their current paid month without providing notice.
In-person sessions follow the Personal Training cancellation and rollover arrangements.
Agreed holiday pauses for the Online Coaching element may be arranged in advance.
All Hybrid Coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
If a client voluntarily stops Hybrid Coaching part-way through a paid month, no discretionary refund will be provided for the remaining Online Coaching support or unused Personal Training sessions.
Outstanding Personal Training sessions may be rearranged in accordance with Section 6.
This does not affect the client’s statutory consumer rights.
11. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All Lift Run Thrive coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
Clients who voluntarily discontinue coaching before completing their purchased package are not entitled to a discretionary refund for unused sessions or remaining coaching weeks.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
Statutory Cancellation Rights
Where a coaching agreement qualifies as a distance or off-premises contract under applicable consumer law, you will normally have 14 days from the date the agreement is made to cancel without giving a reason.
To cancel, you must clearly inform Lift Run Thrive of your decision, for example by emailing Liftrunthrive@outlook.com.
You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. It is sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the applicable cancellation period ends.
If you validly cancel within this period, Lift Run Thrive will refund payments received, less any amount lawfully chargeable for coaching already provided.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. No refund fees will be charged.
Starting Coaching During the Cancellation Period
Clients may request that coaching begins before the end of an applicable statutory cancellation period.
Where required by law, Lift Run Thrive will obtain the client’s express request to begin coaching early and provide any required information or acknowledgement concerning cancellation rights.
Where a client validly cancels after expressly requesting that coaching begins during the cancellation period, a proportionate charge may apply for services already provided, where permitted by law.
Where a service has been fully performed during the cancellation period, the statutory cancellation right may end if all relevant legal requirements have been satisfied.
Outside applicable statutory cancellation rights, requests for early cancellation or refunds will be assessed in accordance with the purchased package, these terms and applicable consumer law.
